♡ HAIR & SKIN ♡
Hello you guys♡
Happy monday
Hope every one is starting the week off positive and ambitious
So today blog is al about hair and face
Basically letting ye in on what I use every day to keep those spots away and keeping my hair looking good.
Cause lets face it usen al or hair tools does damage our hair.
Lets face it all us ladies want good skin and hair we want to feel just as nice with out al that make up on our face
I no I can have breakouts due to stress or that lovely time of the month (not)
I really believe in we are what we eat and it can show on our face and hair.
We all love that take away at the weekens especially after a night out and I definitely agree we should have a treat at least once a week
Why not♡
So im going to share a little secret with ye that alot dont know
Since ive starting blogging I feel sharen your own experiences with others and letting others know we arent all perfect
We only share what we want other people to know and see.
But behind close doors it can be totally different
And what we are dealing with can be way more far from what others see you as
Every one I know always asks me how is your hair so long its gorgeous etc
To me my hair is my comfort blanket
When my hair looks and feels good I feel alot better about me
I don't know what it is but if my hair is looking good then im like forget the rest.
So when I discovered I had developed ALOPECIA back in December I was absolutely distraught
My first thought was, will I lose al my hair will I be left totally bald
I was so upset I couldn't understand how this developed.
I was so paranoid that others would notice I was so down about the hole situation.
I couldn't leave my hair in a straight vain as you coud see bald patches.
Within finding the first bald patch within days my hair got so lighter and more bald patches developed.
So off to the doctor I went
The doctor confirmed I had ALOPECIA
I just sat there and balled my eyes all crazy thoughts where goin on I didnt know much about it
All I thought was omg im going to end up bald.
But that wasnt the case
First of all I was told its not proven but what many people think is that stress can be one of the main problems causing this.
I am hands down a very stressed person I stress about absolutely every thing I can not help it
Its what I do and I find it very hard trying not to stress
So by the doctor I was told try not to get to stressed about stuff try and relax.
As very hard as it was I really took this on board.
Been the time of year it was it was a tough job but I did it.
Every time I felt abit stressed I would tell myself take a min and I would just not let myself self get stressed out I would take a deep breath and relax
I would say MELANIE ITS NOT WORTH IT AND WILL NOT SORT ANY THING OUT
I started looking into foods that would strengthen my hair and also be good to my skin.
I started eating alot more greens vegetables and spinach
I dont know if its just me but I feel spinach had a big part to play in getting my hair back on track.
I just love it its so good for you and and I would definitely recommend to ye all to introduce it into yer diets
I would put it into my smoothies and dinners
So that was my first choice
Second im not a big meat eater im more of a fish person id eat fish till the cows come home
Just love fish
But I started to eat chicken alot more and I really do feel it has also taken a role in sorting my hair out
Also I went to boots and went to the vitamin part and bought boots brand vitamins for
Hair skin and nails
Price-€8.90
Around that I could be ten cent wrong
♡
I took these every morning for four weeks and I seen results so fast I couldn't belive it
Im still currently using these
And I just love love love
I definitely recommend
Can I just add these worked for me its only my personal review♡
Given your hair a rest from hair tools (hair straighteners curlers hair spray blow dryers)
Definitely helped also
And treatments
I used herbal essences hair treatment are brilliant I also use BEAUTIFUL ENDS SPILT AND PROTECTION CREAM
Im using this years and I swear by it♡
So right now my hair is totally back to normal and definitely even more ticker
So I do believe what im doing and using is definitely working for me♡
Ive also started using GARNIER PURE ACTIVE-ANTI BLACKHEAD DEEP PORE WASH
Which I just am loving for my scrub on my face
I also use SIMPLE products
Clense&tonner
Also drinking lots of water with lemon is excellent
Slice lemon and put it into my bottle of water
It hydrates you so much and is great for the skin and hair
I hope this blog is enjoyed
And if any one is going true any hair loss issues
Hope this helps
Pictures are down below
Take a litte look
Thanks for reading
